2024 School Information
Registration for the 2024 school will remain open until mid-December. Tuition is discounted for those who register prior to October 31, 2024.
The school will begin on Saturday, December 21st with registration and check-in at 4:00 pm and dinner at 5:30 pm followed by an introductory class. The school will conclude with lunch after the last classes on Friday, December 27th.
New for 2024: to accommodate as many as possible, arrangements have been made to do our own catering. Lunch and dinner, including gluten free/dairy free options, will be provided as part of tuition with full time attendance. Rosters will be put together for help with preparation and clean up. Breakfast will continue to be provided by the hotel with booked rooms. Day visitors will be expected to provide for themselves.
Registration will be prioritized on a first come basis, with priority to full time students. Part time visitors are welcome space permitting. We will stop accepting new registrations two weeks prior to the start of the Bible school.
Please ensure that you, and your family if applicable, are familiar with the Guidelines for the school prior to arrival.

2024 Bible School and Conference Costs
Reservation of hotel rooms should be done through the school to receive the preferred hotel rate, to ensure proper coordination, and to support inclusion of meeting rooms and other facilities provided to the Bible school by the hotel.
Contact us regarding additional occupancy options. Room types are subject to availability. Larger families that cannot be accommodated in one room will receive a 50% discount on the second room (immediate family only). If your family could be accommodated in one room, but still prefer a second room, this is still available at normal rates.
Full time attendees will be provided with full accommodation. Tuition covers the cost of meals and operating the Bible school, including speakers and class related costs.
Part time visitors/attendees are welcome, however, pre-registration is requested to facilitate planning.
Day Visitor Fee: day visitors are asked to pay a fee (at the same rate as the tuition deposit) to contribute to the running of the Bible School. Fees are payable by Interac or PayPal, and may optionally be paid by cash or cheque to the Registrar upon arrival.

Part time rates are subject to availability.
Example: Family with 3 adults and 1 child (ages 18 and 12), $693.00 room + $103.95 extra adult = $796.95 (payable to hotel)

Total tuition payable before the start of Bible School = $631. Total cost = $1427.95 (hotel + tuition).
Please do not send us payment for your room as you will be required to pay this to the hotel. Forms of payment acceptable to the hotel will be cash in Canadian dollars (US currency at the hotel’s exchange rate), or credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Enroute, or Discover). For cash payment, please be prepared to pay the hotel upon arrival.

Full tuition after Oct. 31st: $110 per single (18+), and $220 per family.
Full time post-secondary students (18+): 50% off above single rates
The tuition helps cover the overhead of the Bible School including meals, speaker travel, speaker accommodation, supplies, printing, etc. The balance must be subsidized through private donations. A family is considered 1-2 parents/guardians and children under 18.
You may pay the Tuition (payment 1 deposit only or full amount, payments 1 and 2) via Interac e-transfer to winterbibleschool at gmail.com (no extra charge) or PayPal to confirm your registration (an additional amount is added to each item to cover PayPal fees). If you have additional singles 18+ as well as the family, please use the add-on button. Click “continue shopping” to return from Paypal to this screen to add additional items. Donations with a tax receipt may be made directly to the Brantford Ecclesia: brantfordfinance at gmail.com. When you send a donation, please note this in the comments. Thank you.

Please add 2.5% to cover PayPal fees. No added fee is applicable to Interac e-transfer payments as noted above.
Cancellations
If you cannot attend, please cancel your registration by advising us. Registrations are non-transferable. There will be no refund of the tuition deposit if cancellation is after November 30th.
